Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required at the time of booking 2. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the tour start date are eligible for a refund of the total amount paid, minus the €500 deposit. 3. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid, excluding the €500 deposit. 4. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour start date are non-refundable. 5. All refunds are calculated based on the total tour price, excluding the non-refundable deposit. 6. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes or cancellations. Booking Policy 1. All hotels mentioned on the website are subject to availability at the time of booking. 2. In the event that a listed hotel is not available, we will arrange accommodation of a similar standard and quality. 3.
