This is a one-week group journey through Portugal, thoughtfully designed for vegans and vegan-curious travellers. You’ll explore vibrant cities, peaceful nature and authentic local culture—all while enjoying 100% plant-based meals.

Your adventure unfolds across Portugal—hand-picked destinations that showcase the country’s beauty, gastronomy and ethical hospitality.
3. Is the itinerary fixed?
Yes. We currently offer one carefully curated 7-day itinerary that balances discovery, relaxation and flavour.

6. Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. Travel insurance is not included but strongly recommended for your peace of mind and safety.
7. Do I book my own flights?
Yes, travellers are responsible for booking their flights. We’ll advise you on the best arrival and departure times to match the tour schedule.
8. Can you assist with flight bookings?
We don’t book flights directly, but we’re happy to guide you on airports, timing and logistics.

Vegan Meals & Drinks
9. Are all meals vegan?
Absolutely. Every meal during the trip is 100% plant-based, created with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
10. What if I have additional dietary needs (gluten-free, nut-free, etc.)?
We can accommodate certain dietary restrictions—just let us know when you book so we can plan accordingly.
11. Are drinks included?
No. Beverages such as water, soft drinks, juices and alcoholic drinks are not included and can be purchased separately.

12. How large are the groups?
Group sizes are small—usually between 6 and 12 travellers—to ensure a friendly, relaxed and personal experience.
13. What type of accommodation is provided?
We stay in comfortable, eco-conscious accommodations such as boutique hotels, guesthouses or rural estates that align with our values of sustainability and compassion.
14. Is there free time on the trip?
Yes. While we have a structured itinerary, you’ll also have moments of free time to relax, explore or simply soak up the atmosphere.
15. Is transport between destinations included?
Yes. All ground transport in Portugal related to the itinerary is included and organised for you.

16. Is this trip only for vegans?
No! Everyone is welcome. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian or just curious, all meals and experiences are designed to celebrate plant-based living.
17. Can I travel alone?
Absolutely. Many of our guests join solo. We can arrange shared rooms or private single rooms (subject to availability and an additional fee).
18. What currency is used in Portugal?
Portugal uses the Euro (€). Most places accept cards, but it’s wise to carry some cash for small local purchases.
19. What languages are spoken during the trip?
Our guides speak English and Portuguese, and the trip is conducted primarily in English.
20. How do I book?
Simply fill out the booking form on our website. Once we receive your request, we’ll contact you to confirm your spot and provide payment details.
Payments
21. How can I pay for my trip?
Payments are made directly on our website using credit/debit card or PayPal. No bank transfers are required.
22. Do I need to pay a deposit or full amount?
The full payment is required online at the time of booking to secure your place.
23. Can I pay in instalments?
Currently we only accept full payment at booking. If you have special circumstances, please contact us and we can discuss alternatives.
Cancellations & Refunds
24. What happens if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your booking, please refer to our full refund policy available on our website. This policy outlines the deadlines and fees applicable.
25. Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Yes—in many cases you can transfer your booking to another person, provided you notify us in writing and the person meets the booking criteria. Please refer to our refund policy for the exact terms.
26. What if we cancel the trip?
In the unlikely event that we must cancel the trip, you’ll be offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling to another date.
27. Are refunds available if I leave the trip early?
No refunds will be given for any portion of the trip not used once the tour has begun, such as missed meals, nights or activities.
